Team Leader for Outbound Campaigns (work from home)

The company is launching several outbound campaigns via Outbounders.com (a virtual based staffing company) and we are in need for experienced outbound team leaders to assist in launching outbound campaigns for clients. You must be very good.. We are looking for someone very reliable, smart and will show up at scheduled times. Please do not apply if you are not an excellent outbound manager. Ideal candidate should: a - Have excellent communication skills, I am looking for a top notch communicator. b - Have a proper work environment for working from home. c - Have a strong work ethic and willingness to work US hours or Philippines hours if needed d- Have strong experience in managing and launching outbound programs, communicating with clients and overseeing agents performance. e - Be very organized in terms of projects and tasks as you will be managing more than one project at a time in the beginning until they get larger. Roles include: - Collaborating and managing a VIRTUAL team in the Philippines .. each team might be anywhere from 2 agents to 5 agents or more. You may be handling multiple projects at a time. - Communicating with clients (based in the US .. coordinating during US hours) - Communicating with CEO - Organizing tasks and projects - Helping agents get trained and setup on new projects - Overseeing agent performance Please note - We will have a low tolerance if you do not show up to do the job at agreed upon times. Even if you have "good" excuses. You must be a true professional in every sense of the world.
